Secured Student Loan, No Payments for 16 months

I was doing some searching on the internet for private student loans that are available for people with bad credit. I was then contacted by this company named Precision Lending Group out of Miami, FL. They told me that I was approved for a 'secured' loan in the amount of $5000 dollars which is their companies minimum amount to borrow.

I was then faxed all of the paperwork and making multiple phone calls to my representative whose name was Justin Street at extension 402. I was told and it stated in my loan papers that I was to send my secured payment for 8 months which equaled out to around $800 dollars. They told me if I could come up with $500 they could cover the rest and just add it to my loan, but it had to be paid off by the maturity date of the loan.

In the papers it states that there can be a reassesment done on the loan at any time and the secured amount can change. I was then contacted by the "MANAGER" John Flemming at extension 0 who told me that the reassesment was done and I had to send another 8 months. This time I only had to send $400 because they again would cover the rest to "help me out".

All of the money was sent and I was told three days in a row that my money would be in my bank account... Yep guess what... Never showed up. Now noone will answer my phone calls, I have left well over 15 messages with these two men and paged them probably 100 times and noone calls back.
