Over charging

For 4 decades Con Edison has billed my loved ones and that I in a professional price for the 2 and 3 bedroom flats. I posted a criticism to PSC and Con Edison wrote me a notice declaring they delivered me a notice in 2006 wondering basically was a professional or residential client and that I didn't react. I requested providers and that I tell them that I'm living in the handle. Commercial clients and residential clients are prepared differently. Used to do not realize that I had been billed a non-residential price, but their consultant advised me after I may to discover why the statement was so large. The Attorneygeneral must have a look-out team for this monopoly. They're defrauding clients since there is no opposition.
