Is it not harrassment for this company to send a "Representative" to your house? My husband lost his job in April so yes I have been late on our payments. I have been paying 2 mos at a time. Not by choice but that is the only way I could do it.

This is the second time they have sent someone to my house. The first time was to take pictures which I thought was very strange. They said should we lose the house, they need to "see" how much it is worth. The next time was yesterday. It just said a rep had called on us. This is crazy. I will be making June and July's payments on Thurs. Does anyone know if this is legal?
