Us Bank charged me $350. For my statements that were returned to them because of no forwarding address, even though I have a second account with them with my new husband. The two accounts are linked and my new address is on the second account. They also have my phone number which never changed and my email address as well. They recently sent me an email but never said a word about my old address being on the first account. They found me to take $320. From my husbands account to cover their fee, the day before Christmas! Also, I do my banking inside the grocery store, the girls at that branch know me, whether Im banking or just shopping they say hello to me by name. Once again nobody ever warned me of a problem.
