Bank Card Erro

I visited the teller and requested her to draw my account via my charge card and required couple hundred dollars from my bill. She nodded then responded "Friend you dont have profit the consideration". I informed her it CAn't be, I considered my bill online earlier and that I have lots of resources. After fighting with me for 10 moments, she was like "ouch, your charge card draws 2 reports on my pc, one consideration is yours along with other goes to some other customer who've exactly the same title!

Used to do not stress or something, simply questioned her to repair it. She stated I've to talk to a repetition in the department... After detailing the problem towards the repetition, she stated "nicely, anything appears good together with your card, i dont understand why it draws up 2 accounts. The next time if you like to consider cash from the consideration, jot down your account number, not allow the teller draw it by your card!!! Because the consultant is actually retarded, i chose to contact customer support and clarify the problem when I became worried the additional client (with comparable title) may take money off his account (if he were to possess enough money in his consideration, the teller might have provided me his cash!)

And so I named customer support and described the problem, wishing they get remedial action. The phone call middle individual stated after i described the problem in specifics " Friend, so far, i don't determine what the problem is?!!! What would you like me to complete... You informed them in the department, that's about this... When they may do anything they'll get it done... Is there other things I will assist you with...""

I've never been furious at any business before, but around i liked business bank, I completely dislike TD... And that I wish they burn-in hell.
