I've experienced connection with ERS regarding students mortgage that I understand I owe. I havent received a statement or perhaps a declaration stability SINCE ive experienced communications together (4 mons) and Ive submitted a $50 cost, that they declare they never obtained! I expected to get a benefit stability over per month before and also the repetition named me back after months and informs me I've yet another day-to spend in a stability or even the "administrative costs" may increase. The initial stability I owe for my mortgage is 1669.95, plus they are requesting WAYYY greater than that. They demand they deliver me a declaration each month and that I havent acquired just a single one! I also submitted a cost by money purchase, plus they DEMAND they never received it! They're regularly lying! Of Course If anyone has any suggestions about just how to cope with this specific variety company, please do inform!
