Fraud/forgery of bank account

On two different events i continued-brand to check in to a cash advance and right before i reach the submit option i had been asked easily desired to get a membership to the organization i cleary press no! To all of the questions. And yet i had been still billed 49.95 and 19.95 for these subscripitions. Plus they used a solid check to debit the cash from my bank account. Without my permissin or my understanding!!! I plan to file charges on the corporation
