Ripoff Be very wary of this company

I noticed a charge for $79.95 on one of my credit card statements. I called this company and was told my card was used by someone without my authorization. They would not cancel the transaction. I had to contact the person responsible and have them call to cancel.

The other alternative is to file a police report. I asked why, when they approved a charge for someone who's name is not on the credit card why I have to go through all the trouble to cancel the transaction. I got no reasonable answer. Be very wary of this company.
