Ihave A/C in PNB Branch rikhnikhal under jonel office Haridwar the complaint is -
1- The Bank manager are not avilable in Bank at the working time. So lot, s of pepul are comming from 20-30 km again and again.
2- this Branch are cuting the computer charg from the shaving account of thier customers.
3- mostly bank peion are working in the front desk for deling the customers.
4- the branch are not giving extra percentage on FD of senior cityzens.
5 - the branch have no any facelity for senior cityzens or ladis like toilet / drenking water.
