Paypal can and will cheat you! Using PayPal services to handle your business can be a bad method to handle financial transactions. If you take a close look you will occasionally notice small amounts taken from your PayPal balance with no explanation or any statement to show the reason for it. What they will do is tire you out by giving you the run around in email messages to the point that the confusion gets so great you no longer have a clue left from right. It becomes a fruitless cat and mouse game that there is no way of winning. I think if people run in to problems like this with their PayPal account they need to be sure to document everything that aspires and let it be known to the internet users. This might get PayPal to shape up or at least make it known to them that more of us are aware.
