This company promised to help me to get a "free and clear" government loan modification. I paid them 2000.00 upfront. They recived a hardship package from me including paystubs bank statementes, and tax records. They supposedly got auth from my mortgage lender to speak on my behalf and said i never had to speak to mortgage company and not to make any payments till it was all said and done. Well after months of waiting i finally called my mortgage company and they stated no such law office contacted them. I tried to email them and got and invalid email address error. I tried to call and voicemail but was to full to leave message. So i googled them and every fraud redlight forum came up. I knew i was in deep trouble, with the mortgage company and my finances. I was definately caught in the one place i never thought i would be. The "i thought would never happened to me" place.
