Choice National Loan Consulting
Choice National Loan Consulting has taken my money and ran with it, leaving me high and dry

In May I trusted a friend of mine's father-in-law with $3,000 of mine. He worked for Choice National Loan Consulting and promised me a loan mod within 4 months. Well, it is going on 7 months and no word from this company.
I called my bank and they have never spoke with Choice Loan Consulting. How does a loan get modified if there is no one working on it? I have called the number listed on my papers multiple times and cannot get through.
There was one time I did get through and the operator stated "choice is going through some changes and changing phone lines, I will have someon call you back (that of course never happened)" If this is true, what kind of company doesn't notify all of their clients that the phone lines aren't going to work for 3 months!
I have given Choice more than enough time to modify my loan. They have not held up their end of the bargain so I want a full refund. I don't know how to get a refund when there is no one to contact. I have sent many an email with no reply.
Do not trust a soul who tells you they will modify your home loan if you pay up front. I trusted someone whom I thought I knew very well, boy was I wrong. I hope the owner of Choice serves some hard time for this!
