Jan 25 received a check for $24 for. 63 oz of gold some 14k some 10k.
Called am of Jan 26th and told them I would return the check and wanted my gold back.
Was told it would be done.
Called Feb 10 to see where my gold was. Was told it would ship that week.
Called Feb 26 since it still had not arrived and was told to fill out claim form because my gold had been "accidentally" melted down.
Claim for finally came and was submitted April 1. I faxed it and mailed in a hard copy. Sent multiple emails to see what was going on. No contact from my gold envelope.
Nov 13 faxed the claim for again. Still no reply.
