Debit on my MC without permission

I had been debited 39.00 from my banking account. I never approved this and also have absolutly understand thought what it's debited for. I need a reimbursement to my bill. I actually donot actually understand how they got my info. I've not received any services or products out of this organization, I actually donot actually understand who they're. How do you start repairing this issue. Our only evidence is just a money on my consideration, I named my lender however they were not ready to inform me something about that organization. Please contact me with information about how to obtain a return. Just how can a business do that to somebody. Please support me to find this out, I'm really disappointed and furious.
