So-called late fees

Approx. 8mo. Ago i popped an account with bestbuy, chase bank was the fund co. The issue are my regular payments. Iam not overdue or i've never been late on my funds, actually i am 6 months or even more ahead in funds.

I've made my funds every 30days... Yes i've been charged $35 in late fees every month. My reguler funds are $45 a mo.

I've called chase lender, seeking a reason as why the late costs, i had been told that everytime my payments were due about the 28th of each mo... And so i was delayed two days each time.

Is their explanation. I talked more then twice to some rep. From pursuit to alter the day, i tell them that i had been never late and actually i had been ahead in my own payments. I informed they would change the date to the 31st. But as time passed i had been still being charged late fees.

Pursuit didn't change the date as guaranteed. I consider myself a great client, however this is the way they treat an excellent client. They actually put the telephone on me twice, after i required to speak with a.

Bestbuy is aware of chade questionable and damaged plans towars the clients, they're at fault for this chaos. Had i recognized about chase. Thievery methods towards consumers. I might have never purchased anything at bestbuy. Chase bank tome really are a couple of road theifs, and consumers like me should record a class action lawsuit from this thiefs.
