Freedom Membership Freedom Subscription
Stole $49,95 from my account

Freedom Membership as its called stole $49.95 Made a check with my name, my address my ssn number and ran it through my account. BOFA told me that this company process payday loans. I did apply for a loan but I dont remember anything that said that they would be charging me a fee. If I need money why would I pay them $50 to apply.

BOFA told me to go pound sand that this is an electronic debt but it aint because I got the check back in my statement. They were no help at all.

So after 4 phone calls to this company I supposdly got the acct canneclled so they wont be charging me $17.95 a month. And they say that they are sending me a check for the $49.95. So there goes BOFA theroy that its an electronic debt because if it was they could put it back.

Becareful when applying for payday loans online. This is the last time I will ever even consider it. Luckly this didnot overdraw my account.

The check was made out to Freedom Subscription. It was 2200 check numbers off what I was using. Dont get a payday loan online unless its from a real company.
