Dishonest fraudulent billing and rippedoff my money

I heard the advertisment of NADN over the phone and sounded good, we all pay to much taxes. I called the number and gave them the required information, but told them to hold on the billing until I re-contacted them. I was assured by Jason O'Brien that they did not run transactions until later in the day, this was at 8:00 am in the morning when the call was made.

I contacted my wife to let her know what I would like to do and she informed me that she had applied the money toward other bills. I called back to NADN within 10 minutes and was told that my account had already been charged. They would not put Jason O'Brien back on the phone and told me that it would be 10 to 20 days for a refund. Several days later I received a package in the mail from NADN in which I returned the same day.

My package was returned back to them on 13 Jun, The 10 to 20 days had already passed, so I asked about my refund of over $1,000, and was informed that it would be 10 to 20 days from when they had received my package. I have been calling everyday on this since the 20 days has expired. The custome Service Manager Christ Cotner will not return over 20 calls that I have lefton his voice mail.

They also gave me a fax number that I could send in my problem to Client Resolution (702-579-9825), I have received nothing from them as well. These people have been running a scam from the time they answer the phone.

I have requested to talk with additional supervisors and the owner Weston Cooldige, but no one will talk or return my calls.
