I have placed a vehicle for collateral to secure a loan from "Cashman Personal Loans" (877) 627-0443. After researching this individual I have found lots of negitive history regarding his business practices. I now wish to redeem my property from him and now cannot connect with him. I have gone to the location of business and called over fifty times, still no responce. I have sent e-mails and still no response. He evidently has many complaints doing business as "classic personal loans" in rancho cucamunga. These Complaints are the exact things I am experiancing now. He advertizes via craigslist and online yellowpages even has a short video link to youtube from the yellowpages. The owner of the building has only rented to him for about three months now he stated his number is as follows (435) 862-6995. I called the city of Hurricane, Utah and they stated the business is under CPL LLC, doing business as Cashman personal loans, Carlos M Herrera.
