Unemployment Insurance on card

I dropped my work over this past year and had a Homage Mastercard. I settled my statement frequently and had only obtained a rise in my own control. I got out the insurance on my card just in case I dropped my work and was charged for this each month. Well, as earlier mentioned, I dropped my work and named them to trigger the payment choice that was owed in my experience; I was requested to publish an application and create a payment of $75.00 (I declined to pay for the cash since it was not mentioned beforehand and that I had no cash to create that cost), that they shipped out to me and dropped within the program TWICE and was refused payment of mentioned advantages toward the total amount of my statement. They've since positioned me in a standard standing which is influencing my credit score. Please enable me.
