I've had a funded automobile with WestLake for three years and also have been handled really badly 90% of times. This last moment I talked to Jay Rodriguez (probley not really a genuine title) he was annoyed since I was $60.00 short on the cost and continued about easily was not worried about late charges well he must simply increase them-and what type of individual am I to require a sub prime bank which I wasn't actually wise enough to understand my very own rate of interest. On and on he declined to move me till I told him I had been documenting the discussion. Then he moved me to some boss which was friendley but explained how their telephone discussions weren't documented and just how it had been my term from the workers. I told him I had been likely to record them towards the BBB and also to corporate by which I'll do following this!!! Don't be prepared to be handled with courtesy when speaking with the corporation they're not run actually or appropriately. Allows all ralley to create our grievances noticed!
