Never received $200 Visa Card

I had been guaranteed using the purchase of my ADT security alarm that I'd get a 200.00 gift-card for that marketing. It's been more than 2 weeks and that I have called serveral occasions. I've not obtained my Credit Gift-Card and was thinking about spending money on the very first couple of months of support withit - Please contact and I would like to understand, they stated that I had been suppossed to obtain a e-mail but never received that both.
