Cheryl Boswell (Extension 109) Ripped-off during the holidays!

When searching for a loan to consolidate my bills, I came across UC Financial and Cheryl Boswell, who was so willing to help someone like me with less than perfect credit. She called me and had great news and offers. I sent her my mortgage money with the promise to have my loan in by 8 hours. When continuously calling, she promised my money in my account by 10pm on November 24. However, on the morning of November 25... NO MONEY!!! I even had to call her!!! She gave me a complete stupid excuse about credit checks from the lender and transferred me to a supervisor who had no sympathy. The supervisor even asked me to send more money or get a refund. Thankfully, I did not send money, but requested a refund. I called Cheryl back to find out when I should receive the money... She had no idea, but transferred me to what they call customer service, which is just as bad. They said I was a high priority, and the money will take about 5 days to process (funny how I can get them money in minutes, but I can't receive it back). I kept calling and e-mailing for updates on my status with no information given. No one is contacting me, and now I have received no messages back from Cheryl or customer service, or anyone else from the company. Cheryl is always conviently out when I call now, and I leave voice messages with no return calls yet. It is now December 10, and my mortgage is now behind, and my bills are late, and no gifts can be bought for Christmas!!! The people at this company are total monsters to take money from people and not have any sympathy!!! Do not do business with them ever!!!
