Kenith LEWIS Bank of America took $2000 from MY Money Market account and Savings account and left me stranded out of town on Thanksgiving, no money to return home

While out of town for the the thanksgiving holiday. I had discovered that there was over $1400 missing from my money market account and over $500 from my savings account. I called customer service to ask them what this debt from my acount was, they didnt know. IT just said MISC debt, they told me the department that could tell me was closed. I calledd the next day only to get the run around with no answers. SO i called the corp office, a woman at hte corp office asked me that if this were a business account, she told me that the only way the bank could take funds from this account for any reason with out my concent is if it were a business account. I told her no, I do not own a business. She didnt seem to understand the urgency that I just found this out, I was suposed to return to work that I am here out of town for hte holiday and be cause I have no money i have no way to get home.
