Unexplained Debits Took Money From My Accounts Over Thanksgiving

While out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday. I had discovered that there was over $1400 missing from my money market account and over $500 from my savings account. I called customer service to ask them what this debt from my account was, they didn't know. It just said MISC debt, they told me the department that could tell me was closed. I called the next day only to get the run around with no answers. SO I called the corp office, a woman at the corp office asked me that if this were a business account, she told me that the only way the bank could take funds from this account for any reason with out my consent is if it were a business account. I told her no, I do not own a business. She didn't seem to understand the urgency that I just found this out, I was supposed to return to work that I am here out of town for the holiday and because I have no money I have no way to get home.
