Bad service

In April I informed Aurora Loan Providers that I'd dropped employment and required a lown change in which to stay my house. They decided for just two weeks after which determined that I'd 25,000 in savings, and so I did not qualify. Since I've depleated my savings, they claim I actually donot qualify. I'd a tenant for a few months, therefore then I truly did not qualify. She subsequently shifted on a decades rent after a few months. I submitted the brand new type since my house is owner-occupied plus they declare they do not understand if it's owner-occupied and they were not going leading aid. I expected for anything on paper stating they switched me along. They'dnot.incidentally all their conversation is performed via telephone. They just deliver programs within the email. Does not seem above-board in my experience. I'd happily sign a-class action suit.
