I inquired for a free trial of income information. For 3 days I tried to cancel by phone with no answer. Online cancelation is not possible. Charged $77.24 $3.06 non refundable per sales rep

I logged in for a "free" trial of the home-based income site. I was unable to cancel for 3 days no one would answer the phone number provided. When I finally reached someone, my credit card was charged for $77.24 $3.06 for this product and it would be a monthly fee. I explained to the rep that I wanted to cancel and since I never logged on to the product I should be given a refund for the $77.24 and agreed to pay the $3.06 for ordering it. I was advised no refunds were given, no emails would be sent verifying cancellation of the service and they hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor.
