Initial Lending Group and Jesse Lombardo is one of the biggest cons out there. They prey on honest people by making assurance of obtaining financial institutions in which you can make loan applications to based on their working relationship with these companies.
They encourage you to pay their consultanting fee by electronic check instead of credit card by offering you a discount. Once they have your money you never hear from them again. Phones calls prior to the receipt of your money are answered and/or returned promptly, but after that you only will get voice mail messages.
The positive reporting that you see on the internet is done by them. Those people do not exist. Plain and simple Initial Lending Group is a rip off and please stay clear of them. There are so many official complaints made against this company including this one.
