Wages Garnished 25% for Card Debt I Was Never Notified Of

Hi I'm reporting Chase because they gave me a credit card I was making the minimum payments, but situations got difficult and I was left with 3 kids to raise by myself. I moved from the address they had on file 2 years ago and I never received any collection letters to inform me of the status on this account. I work from 4am to 8pm to sustain my 3 children I pay a babysitter and have a lot of expenses from them. I just got back to work from being 5 months on disability and I just got my first paycheck and 190$ was missing I asked my employer and they told me my salary is being garnished by Chase. I was shocked because they are taking 25% from my check I'm the only house hold in my home, I don't know what to do and I don't even know how much the debt is at this point. The only thing I know is that I pay 1000$ rent for a 2 bedroom apartment and I have utility bills and I have to also feed 3 kids and Chase is taking the food away from my kids mouth now that the holidays are coming I won't even have money to buy them gifts. I'm really sad and disoriented because I don't know what to do to stop this ripoff, because I don't know how much they say I owe them. I'm willing to pay 50$ a month because being a single mother of 3 is not cheap. Please Help.
