Ripoff fraud artists

I did not realize that I had been ripped off until I tried to find the web site given me to try and follow the instructions to use the card. This is not right at all. I am a single parent, going to college and my daughter is starting colege as well and we are having a hard enoug time as it is I thought this might help a little if we could get some books on line or something but did not expect to get ripped off like this.
