Scammed -asked for 2100 twice never got money back they said there part of

I was told that i can qualify for asecured fixed loan for 70000 gave my information the sales person said i was accepted but that i needed a special insurance for the money to get sent but no money arived i called. Then kathy told me i would need to send 2100 for that insurance. So i sent the 2100 western union to a lady called chivonne jones in ontario canada. The a couple more days passed no money. I called back and she told me that lenders did want to give the money and that i needed another 2100 in which i sent another 400 and then i got sospicious and had my second last name on the account they asked the lady and she had no response she got angry and left and western union sent my money back. She said that the company is going to give me a refund lets see when.
