Referrals rip off

I joined a-one year agreement with Market-Leader / Home Prices / Just Outlined for home customer recommendations at $159 monthly charged to my charge card. They frequently didn't deliver the contracted quantity of recommendations and people they did deliver were mostly fake recommendations of non-existent persons. This support is just a rip-off. The National Association of Agents offered these folks reliability by letting them promote within the NAR journal which sullies the NAR which I'm an associate.
