OCWEN decided to function financing change plan around on 8/20/09. We noticed nothing from their website. I wrote them in early November concerning the present scenario, the health of the house, and agreed to supply something they required.

On 9/23/09, they delivered us a notice declaring we weren't entitled to HAMP since we weren't residing in the house. On 9/25/09, I Send'd them-and informed them we were certainly residing in the house and have been all-along.
