Adrian Newman Unreasonable refund policy. Suspect company uses allocated refund monies for illegal capital gain during extended 30 day time period policy

On 9/07/09 I purchased the "Sixty-Five Ways to Get More Cash Than You Need" from this company using my credit card. A transaction that takes less than a minute. The package took several weeks to arrive and I knew right away after looking into it I had no use for it and returned it 3 days later. This company has the package. It has had this for almost 6 weeks and after all that time all they can tell me is they have a 30 day "refund cycle". No given date. Just a 30 day "refund cycle". Personally I think this company is "illegally" using this refund money along with other allocated monies for "short term" company investment ventures. Once the invested monies matures and they receive the gain they then return the original refund monies (principal) back to it's unsuspecting and unhappy customer base. Think about it! In this day and age where money in every form is transferred from one side of the globe back to the other all in the space of just minutes WHY would it take any legitimate "up-to-date" online business WEEKS to return peoples money? When I make an online purchase the company has the money in it's possession within a matter of minutes. After-all, we're talking electronic transfer. A process that's suppose to be a revolutionary convenience for everybody concerned. Not just a convenience for the company. I would love to know where this money sits during this "extended" 30 day "refund cycle" period.
11/24/09... And still waiting for my refund.
