US Homeowners Relief or GreenLeaf Modify Loan Modification gone wrong! What is wrong with the system?

GreenLeaf Modify-US Homeowners Relief is now going by the name Way Point Law Group! They are still doing business at 17305 Daimler Street, Irvine, Ca. 92614 and the phone numbers are 888-651-5092 or 888-651-5088 but you will alway get a recorder. These are the same numbers which US Homeowers Relief was using. All the personal cell numbers I have had for the people I had contact with since May 09 had been disconnected. The new attorney representing the company is John Harrison and the number to reach him at is 949-633-0183.

To make a long story short I started the process with US Homeowners Relief in May and my Case Managers name was Bryan Argo and my process-underwritter was Angelica. They called me the first week of June to ask me for the money for their services which was $4250.00 for a 1st and 2nd mortgage, which I paid and then they thanked me for such a complete loan package. I came from the mortgage business and knew what they would need. The money was put into a trust account through Wells Fargo and after speaking with Wells Farge the business name on the trust account now has been changed.

After going back in forth with them, they telling me the bank was behind that it could take a few more months I was then called four weeks ago from US Homeowners Relief saying they would have an answer for me in a few days after speaking with the bank-BofA. After not hearing from them again I called daily for 3 weeks and have not had one phone call returned. I located the Attorney who's name they gave me at the beginning of this, Kurk Elkins 714-685-5302 and was surprised to get a call back from him. He informed me he has not worked with them since May and knew nothing of my file and informed me he filed a claim against them for identity thieft. He also gave me all the contact info that I currently have on Way Point Law Group.

I did call my bank and they advised me my file was not turned in to them in June like I was told, it was turned in on September 25th so the lies keep coming.

I did call Attorney John Harrison today and reach him. I went over everything on his my file and what had happened, he promised to research it and get back to me this afternoon. I advised him if I did not get that call I would be filing a complaint with the Attorneys Bar, Dept. Of Real Estate and would contact the loacl TV stations for a story. I would also drive the few hous to his office and park on the companys door step until this is resolved. My point is people are already going through hard times this type of thing should not be happening. That is the mortgage business and there are alot of bad things happening to good people. They system is broke!!! The associations that we report this to are the same orginizations that allow them to reopen under other names with claims of fraud, complaints, etc. Pending. We need to stand up and start putting the pressure on the associations as well. I will keep you posted on my progress.
