Bad service

Litton loans approved a loan modification for us. Mailed us the paperwork, we paid them 2 weeks early. Then 5 days later they wrote us a letter saying that their investors changed their mind. They said our house was worth too much. It is over 100,000 in the red right now. They give different reasons. We hired an attorney, had no choice. Breach of contract and fraud. Please file a complaint with the TX atty general's office. Last time I checked they had over 1200 complaints. Also contact your congressman and President Obama. They are scam artists. We found out my husband has cancer, has to have surgery, and they are going to sell the house from right underneath us; after taking our payments on the load modification that they originally gave us.
