UBA - United Benefits Advantage I made an online purchase with age invisible, only purchase EVER ONLINE, NOW THIS COMPANY HAS CHARGED MY BANK ACCOUNT MONEY AND I CANT REACH THEM TO GET MY MONEY BACK!

I went to the bank today, my account was over drawn. The bank had the wrong home address for me so i had not received a statement. This company UBA had charged my account and overdrew my account.

I have never done business with this company, never even heard of them. My bank gave me the overdraft money back but told me i had to contact this so called company to get a refund. I have called several times only to be disconnected or told they are not open?

I am hoping my bank takes responsibility and refunds my money i also canceled my card. I am hoping to take legal action against this company.

I have only made one online purchase with this account ever, and it was with age invisible so i will be calling them as well to notify them my account info was stolen or takin from them.
