Once again the run around ripoff

Just spent 4 hours on the phone with various "executive response team" personnel. As usual the run around to get any answers. I was given a number to call where I was assured they could answer my question as to where my escrow refund of overpaid taxes was. Turns out it was the Tax payer service that Fairbanks contracts with and they have nothing to do with refunds.

Was given a number to their document unit that was suppose to have a live person to speak with regarding them fililng our reconveyance deed in the wrong county. Again, a full voice box and then a fax machine. Prior to being given this bogus phone number I asked he "executive response team" how they could record the documents in the wrong county when they FINALLY paid our taxes to the county we live in, but paid too late as we had already closed on our refinance. They could not answer that.

Also finally got a number to the Corporate office in Salt Lake and was told that all inquiries had to be directed to customer service in Jacksonville. Asked for the Ombudsman Office and the corporate office number I found stated there was none.

So short of actually paying an attorney that will take 33 percent of what is owed to us, Does anyone know where else to turn? We have already filed with our State Attorney General's office, HUD, FTC, and contacted several media station around the country. It seems the more we work at it the less results or answers we get.

I hope the Mass Media Ban this coming Sunday, July 13 will have some effect.
