Under payed more than half value

I sent one and a half ounces - 50 grams to be exact of scrap gold which should have been worth according to their figures and daily reports they email me in the neighbor hood of 1600.00 because they say they pay 1104.00 per ounce when i got my check they only paid 528.54 for it all i call them and they told me if i was not satisfied they would send my gold back but it had already been processed if they ripped me off that bad to start with who knows if what they send me back is even worth anything that is how they get so many people after it is processed we are afraid to take it back and they know this because they could give us anything because it is just a big melted mess i think they should wait until they hear from you before they melt or should i say process it but then they couldnt rip as many people off randy
