Mrc receivables is attempting to gather on the credit debt from more than 13 years back... I simply discovered today they put a lein about the title to my house. This credit card was in my own and my ex's name however they are entering reasoning against me and my new spouse. I did not believe they might document reasoning on an account which was so outdated.
