Bank of America over appraised property so I could qualify for a loan

Countrywide over appraised my home so I would qualify for a home loan and then put me in an ARM for 2 years and said after that I would be switched into a fixed rate. After the 2 years were up Country said I did not qualify for a fixed rate and raised my ARM 2 percentage points which made my payments increase to a point that it was hard to make them.
