A group of liers never answer the phone always a recording. I sent tem 789.00 like a dummie

I applied for what looked like a real loan company forms and all. Talked to a nice lady named grace. Everything looked and sound good. My red flag should have went up. Like that old saying looks ad sounds to good it run the other way no... Like dummy i sent this company 789.00 just to received a call from the so called manger of grace to say they needed 1500 more for insurance propose... I wasn't to nice to the guy and asked for a refund and he said it would be 30 days. They never answer their phone its always a recording. This company needs to be stopped and people need their money back they should be a shamed
