Outrageous and unfair late fees, ignored my compaints, keep racking up charges for nothing, then disappear ripoff business

I have been the victim of this scam company also; my experience closely resembles those I have read here. What started out as a $35 disputed charge has turned into over $2000 they claim I owe them. (I don't!) The only response I have ever gotten from them, and their collection people is "just pay it, we don't know what else to tell you."

I am now filing a small claims action here in California and it has been quite a trip to find out how to serve them in California. They are actually a subsidiary of Spiegel, Inc. And the agent for service of process in case anyone wants to file in California is Harsh Shah located at 985 Montebello Drive Apt B102, Gilroy, CA 95020.

Spiegel, Inc. Is also on the web - I encourage people to call them, complain, harass, do whatever it takes because FCNB has engaged in such outrageous business practices, and through Spiegel may be the only way to get some satisfaction. I'm furious - and desperate - these people have ruined my credit for no good reason except they are rip-off arists.
