Arrogant and abusive people who think they can threathen and demean the people who call them

I received a phone call from "Brandon" at this collection agency. All he left me was a call back number and a case number. I had no idea what it was about, so I called them. Brandon, as he called himself, said he was looking for a person and that my address was used for contact. I told him that the person he was looking for hadn't lived at the address for more than 3 years and I asked to have the number removed from their call or mail list. Brandon the started badgering about how I knew this person, where he was now, what his number is, etc. I told him I had no idea and that I wanted them to remove my number. Brandon stated that I better get use to his voice because he would call me 3 times a week until I told him what he wanted. I then got heated and told he guy he was invading my privacy and that he was a jerk. I believe his answer was get a life, and I'll subpoena you if I have to. I called back a bit later and spoke to Chris Allen, a manger. I told him what had happened and based on the way he spoke to me, I can see who trained Brandon! Several calls to Chris have gone unanswered. I have be told that there was no person by that name working there to one person that said he was a VP. I don't owe these guys anything and I pity anyone who has to deal with them. They are very arrogant and unprofessional.
