Concordia Bank and Trust
Banking procedures

Business & Finance

I have been in the Marine Corps for the past 22 years and my father has been dealing with Concordia Bank for several years now and is 100% disabled due to a stroke he suffered in 1987. My brother and I have made several attempts to find out about certain transactions that was made in my fathers name and with certain documents that was signed qualifying my father for loans that his disability income would not be able to cover. My brother has dealt with Mr. Cutrer at the bank and his cooperation was minimal, even though he has a power of attorney to discuss all matters pertaining to him and our father was sitting there in the office authorizing him to discuss adn answer all questions. I am asking someone to look into their banking procedures when it is dealing with senior citizens and disabled americans. Hopefully I will get our Fathers situation resolved in the next couple of months when I go to Mississippi. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at the email address provided in this complaint form.
