AAA LEASING ripoff outlandish late fees

Leased computer april 23 terms 21.40 each saturday total of 65 payments was charged 23.00 week for 2 mounths was told taxes computer lost some files had to take back to store charged 95.00 to reload program i did not get any materials on system or set up disks. I lost my job because my cousin tina garcia came to my store as manager fired me company policy no family could work togeather.

I managed to get unployment only 100.00 week to live on i informed leasing company i could not pay please take back no luck. After several months with no contack summonds to court for theft by conversion charges. Met person at court settled with aa leasing on my own because i do owe them some money.

Judge told aaleasing to subtract fair market value of system from end price we left after i agreed to bring system in next day even though, when i got system they came out and set up. When i took system in next day aa would not take anything off price. 1391.00 price at beginning end 1198.40 for lease 840.00 for late fees 21.40for lease buy out 191.20 for legal fees also they have computer back. Anyone out there would make a killing leasing computers with a little knowledge
