College Loan phone harrassment

Our child continues to be spending a-10 year university mortgage for three years. She's behind $2000 (about 4-5 funds) but hasn't missed payments about the 20th for around 24 months.

On concerning the 6th of the month, every month, Essential Bank begins calling my child or myself, dad and cosigner. No real matter what we are saying and we are saying we shall pay and we do spend, we get a lot more telephone calls. The folks who contact appear to don't have any report of what we've stated.
