Wachovia is a thorn in my own part because the evening they purchased my mortgage consideration. They've attempted to foreclose on my house because of their accounting mistake. Today, they're attempting to consider my insurance check to correct my house after Hurricane Gustav.

Beware whenever you account has been purchased from another mortgage business since occasionally your instalments aren't moved or properly put into the right bill. And without notice they'll foreclose in your house to get a missed cost, despite the fact that they cannot show one actually existed. After many months of pain and attorney costs, the court program that's designed to assist people, screwed me by judgment within the benefit of Wachovia. And, yes the judge could not actually look for a missed fee.

And throughout the entire procedure, Wachovia delivered my regular inspections, then anticipated me to pay for all the late fees, curiosity dropped, their attorney fees, etc. A cost they lost has cost me over $25,000.

Hurrican Gustav ruined several areas of my region and it has quit me with $20,000 bucks of harm to my house. Wachovia has become maintaining my insurance look for repairs to my house. Where does the chaos finish!!!
