Terrance Jeanisse Harrasing Phone calls rude techniques of collecting

I have received many harrasing phone calls from different people of United Recovery Systems from Houston, Texas, Trying to collect a debt that I had with Citicards.

They call me from 8am to 7pm or so, When I pick up the phone they ask me if this is "My Name" from "My address"; In one specific call I asked them to send me the information that they have from me stating that I owe that money and the guy who called me told me that they have sent me more than 30 letters to my address, this is weird because I never received one single letter from them, so I told him to send me the information that he had on a letter to a new address and he told me that he could not do that, so I told him so send me a fax or an e-mail and he also refused. After this I told him that if I did not received any of this information I was not going to pay them anything so he replied to me saying "you know you have to pay!!!" with a rude temper. He starting talking to me very rudly and this is when I hung up the Phone.

I keep receiving this calls at least twice a day, they also started calling me to my work, even though I registered the phone to the Do Not Call Registry about a month ago I keep receiving this phone calls. The last call I received (today) was from a guy named "Terrance Jeanisse" I asked him again to send me information of my debt or I will not pay and he replied rudly again saying "you listen to me" so I just hung up again because I was not raised to be yelled at by anyone including strangers.

I have made my research on the internet and found out that i was not the only one being addressed by this people in a rude manner, so that raised my doubts even more about this company and my beliefs that this is a scam. So be aware. I think that the next step will be contacting the FTC in Washington, DC.
