Obtain prerecorded robo-calls daily from "Bill Jones" in regards to a private issue and also to call-back at 800-925-6141. After obtaining the first phone and googling the telephone number I then found out it had been from NES. I've been acquiring everyday telephone calls from "Bill Jones" since early Sept. Because the accurate title of the organization isn't within the robocall, I believe they're in breach of regulations. I've submitted grievances using the attorney-generals of Kansas and Florida and also the FTC. The attorney generals of Kansas and West Virginia had filed lawsuits from this organization for numerous violations of condition and national regulation. I believe that regulation must be harder with this cesspool of the company (debt collectors like a team) offering legal motion for risks or impersonation of attorneys or authorities. Hooray for Mario Cuomo! Perhaps we will have the attorney-general of Kansas do the same with this particular organization.
