Victim of preditory lending and didn't even realize it

I happened upon this web site today and was blown away by what i saw. I to tried to refinance or modify my mortgage with eastern, but was always given an excuse not to. From reading the other reports I now believe that I am the victim of predatory lending. I'm awaiting foreclosure paper work to be served. This event has turned my life upside down. I'ts created health issues with me also. If anyone knows of any legal action that is taking place or will be please let me know.
