Bad Mortgage Broke

I've worked with Tom Flinn on a TIC that I bought in August. Tom has been very unprofessional throughout the transaction. He almost never picked up his phone directly and often took more than a day to respond to emails. He was mostly just forwarding my emails to the bank and their responses to me, since he was rarely able to answer my questions directly. Eventually, his estimated closing costs were over $4000 different from the actual closing costs and Tom refused to take any responsibility for his mistakes.

I would strongly advise against having him as your mortgage broker.
